An awards evening held at the Best Western Hotel on Thursday 12th October in celebration of sporting achievements in Corby.

Community Club of the year
Corby Swimming Club was nominated alongside 5 others clubs that work within the community of Corby; Corby Parkrun, Table Tennis Clubs, S&L Football and a Boxing Club.
The awards were decided upon by a panel of counsellors from Corby Borough Council, in recognition for all the dedication to succeed in sport. Corby was extremely proud of it’s younger swimmers earlier on this year as they won The Diddy League which has not been achieved for over 35yrs! 14 of our older swimmers qualified for the Regional Championships too in 2017 and some amazing performances saw us climb to 9th on the overall medal table.
Corby Swimming Club was voted as WINNER of The Top Club award, fantastic news for the club and recognition of all the hard work being done.
