The 200/400 Club Championship is being held over two sessions on Saturday 3rd Dec and Sunday 4th Dec at 6.00pm.
Please fill in the form carefully and return to the Hub with payment by 22nd November.
- Swims are £4.00 per event
- Minimum age of 9 yrs on the day and age group is at 31st Dec 2016
- Licenced at a level 4
- Times set in a 25m pool
